Who can connect to the game?

Hi there everyone °3°,

Humm I already read the Servers sittuation thread, but I haven't understand if the servers are already online or what, the last post was on 6/27, we are now 7/23 and I haven't played PSO2 in a long time, I got error 249 when I open it with the tweaker and if I try opening it normally I get error 107, anyone here have been able to log in the game?

If so .....please help TT_TT

The servers are online. Just only a couple of people with certain ISPs are able to connect. It's not really anything you can do yourself.

While my ISP Comcast would otherwise have trouble connecting on its own, I am using SoftEther in order to connect.

I am able to log in just find via SoftEther.
