Why my loading screen takes 40 seconds or sometimes it takes 1 min? can someone help me on how to fix this? :(

defrag your hard drive,get a ssd,lower your settings any of those really

Are the game play just fine? (smooth framerate, no lag, less stuttering)
If it's not, lower your graphic setting.
If the game run just fine, then it's something to do with your internet connection.

Clean out your computer and do so routinely (like every 2 weeks-month). It might be super dusty inside the case which will increase the temperature inside, causing slowdowns and other issues.
