A few newbie questions...

I starting playing last night. Patch works well and good (some parts went untranselated. Some tutorial windows and weapon descriptions. That normal?) and I'm enjoying it. Just a few questions though.

1: What is the Matter Board? The explanation for that was still in Japanese.
2: When do I get a Mag?
3: Where do I find parties to join?

1. Matterboard is essentially story mode for PSO2. By completing matterboard quests (specifically the yellow icons), you're able to trigger story cutscenes as well as unlock Story Quests to play.
2. I think at level 5? Once you hit level 5, you will get a Client Order (NPC Quest) from Koffie who upon completion will give you a mag.
3. GO to the block switcher. There will be descriptions in all the blocks. Like how Block 10 is for Super Hard parties. Go to block 1 and 2, probably 1 as Block 01 is for veteran players to assist new players. You can either join parties from the quest counter or you can make your own party and wait for others to join, or you can ask people to play with you in lobby.
