So I was on instagram and I saw a post of someone saying that there's an English server of PSO2 that was made about two weeks ago, but its still in beta mode. Here's the link:

I haven't heard of this at all, but i'm sure you guys have, so hopefully you can help me out here. Is this connected to the official JP server in anyway, or is this just the same as the JP server except you don't have to download all the English patches?
