So the game installed finally, though it was rather quick than what others had led me to believe so something HAD to go wrong. When I tried to open the launcher, a splash screen of the dumans posing was up there and I was excited, then a box saying Error 107 popped up. It closed PSO when I clicked OK. I am very angry because I spent all this time trying to access the Japanese site and I finally got through! I read on old articles from one month ago saying a DDoS attack occurred which caused SEGA to close servers. I saw nothing about there being another one during July. Can anyone help?

First, don't be angry.
Second, if you're able to opne http://pso2.jp, then you should be able to run the game.
Third, I recommend you use PSO2 Tweaker to bypass the "buggy" launcher and run the game directly, then, if you still cannot connect and get status Unknown in the ships, your ISP is one of those that are still experiencing issues connecting to the japan servers, and you must find a way to get to the game and do "another way" to the servers.

I cannot access pso2.jp through normal American internet so I had to use a proxy to download the launcher.

I tried the PSO2 Tweaker and it downloaded a bunch of rubbish on my desktop (I think it was supposed to be in a folder.) When I clicked "Run PSO2", It told me to set my PSO2 Folder which I did and I did again and it kept telling me that so I got frustrated and uninstalled.

My ISP is AT&T. I can see how that might happen as I play GTA Online and it hasn't been letting me access servers on there either.

Thanks for the QUICK and helpful responses! I usually wait DAYS for a response, weeks for a HELPFUL one!
