So i wanted to make this thread so people can share their favorites PA combos. Since i found out there are some that just really rock! but haven't seen any suggestion lying arround, so i guessed this would be a good idea.

For me, i have a particulary great combo i made up (tough im sure im not the only one who tough about it).

Twin Machineguns: Aerial Shooting > Reverse Tap > Shift Period

This one is amazing to kill a group of enemies that's pretty tight. Aerial shooting (without charging) is just to get close to them without disturbing their formation too much (dead aproach sends some of them flying so it dosn't work), after that, Reverse tap does some good damage and drags them towards you so they are packed arround you, and then shift period works in the best possible way, doing an insane ammount of damage to all the enemies. Its a little risky to get so close to that many mobs, but reverse tap usually stuns some of them and stops their attacks, so its not THAT risky. For me this combo works like a charm and i really love it!

Gunslash: Regenschlag > Addition Bullet > Addition Bullet

This one is pretty simple really, you just fly towards the enemy, slash, shoot, and then keep shooting with 2 addition bullet, so far its one of the best things i found i could do with Gunslash, wich aint much, but at least it got some decent damage.

With my Double Saber it is really unique.

I use Deadly Archer -> Deadly Archer -> Deadly Archer.

It'll be nice when Tech Arts JA Bonus is a thing so PA comboing will actually matter for FI users.

Bows and partisans will have the easy option of Banishing Arrow/Volg Raptor > whatever, though other weapons will probably have to be more creative.

My favorite style combo is uncharged Aerial Shooting > Reverse Tap > Bullet Squall on an El Ahda.

Impact Slider > Diffuse Shell

That's it, because this game is terrible when it comes to PA combo. Cabal Online had a fun combo system, not PSO2.

Things tend not to live long enough for me to pull this kind of stuff off, but I'm still fond of the Wired Lance classic of Other Spin -> Grapple Charge -> Other Cyclone.

rising edge -> twister fall
dead approach (bounce enemy off a wall and back at you) -> bullet squall
kamikaze arrow -> sharp bomber
banishing arrow -> last nemesis
symphonic rain -> facet folia/bloody sarabande/orchestra
sideways parallel slider
flicker jab -> pendulum roll -> slide upper (think Dudley's Rolling Thunder Ultra)
Gekka zakuro off a cliff
etc etc etc

being combat aesthetic is pretty fun

I use Deadly Archer -> Deadly Archer -> Deadly Archer.

Yeah, because you're the only one using Double Sabers nowadays.

With my Double Saber it is really unique.

I use Deadly Archer -> Deadly Archer -> Deadly Archer.

you forgot the other combo of tornado dance -> tornado dance -> tornado dance :D

but seriously a combo I like to use other then what I just listed above is deadly archer -> chaos riser -> tornado dance so that way I can pretty much use a zondeel of my own and use either tornado dance or deadly archer on whatever I gathered up

I like to do charged Aerial Shooting + Reverse Tap + Bullet Squall against Rockbear or Wolganda, but yea, it's just a stylish combo. Reverse Tap + Shift Period seems a more useful one. Even if Shift Period lose the boost from S Roll JA, it's enough to wipe out the remaining mobs around.

For my main weapon knuckles: Straight Charge |> Backhand |> Slider Uppercut/Quake Howling

for grouped up mobs in TACO's: chaos riser --> tornado dance --> deadly archer

for somewhat spread out mobs: deadly archer --> tornado dance --> illusion rave.

Pre-Backhand knuckles was fun using Ducking -> Slide Upper -> Ducking/Surprise/Flash but for the most part I rarely find myself using anything but 3x one PA. That said I enjoy tsukimi -> gekka -> sakura when just loling around with katana too. Maybe if they ever get rid of GU being wholly dependent on S roll then Dead Approach -> Elder -> Infinite might be fun for bosses again also...

Dead Approach -> Aerial Shooting -> Bullet Squall
Acro Effect -> Deadly Archer (if you time it right, you charge Deadly Archer while flpping back from Acro Effect, finish charging as you hit the ground and hit the launched enemy as it lands). Honestly though it's more for show as the damage isn't great.

Whatever the 'falcon punch' PA is called -> Slide Upper -> Flash Thousand

Or just y'know, Shunka -> Shunka -> Shunka (or Asagiri, pick your poison) :disapprove:

No one uses partisan here. :(

Rising Flag -> Bandersnatch -> Slide End is fun. Alternate Slide End with Speed Rain for juggling or Zenith Throw because fuck you throwing shit is awesome.

Going to be interesting to see how all this works with the speed buff they're supposed to get in EP 3.

Sonic Arrow - Rising Edge - Nova Strike - I mix it up sometimes, like step attack -> sonic arrow -> normal attack -> nova strike, or step attack -> normal attack -> rising edge -> nova strike.

Slide Uppercut - Surprise Knuckle - Ducking Blow - Same as the sword above, I mix it up sometimes with normal attacks in the middle.

Scissor Edge - Rumbling Moon - Tornado Dance - ...I wish rumbling moon had the reverse tap effect, mini zondeel... Or at least that it had more range...

*Slowly raises his hand*

Partisan is Sacred Skewer > Assault Buster > Slide End for me. Hell, I hardly ever use swords or Wired Lances as a HU. Sigmund+Jupiter Claris=really fucking spiffy Ral.

I only ever use 2 hit combos cause I do like my JA bonus and hitting 3 times so I can get a full JA combo is silly.

Sword
Rising Edge > Twister Fall
Guilty Break > Cruel Throw (this actually has quite high damage)

Stun Concido > Rising Edge > Twister Fall
Stun Concido > Guilty Break > Cruel Throw
Rarely I may do this cause it's about the stun effect not the damage and so JA isn't Important.

Partizan
Speed Rain > Trick Rave

Wired Lance
Grapple Charge > Heavenly Fall
I should note those combos are mostly leftover from my brief playing Humar in 2013, nowadays I don't do hunter.

Knuckles
Slide Upper > Flash Thousand

Katana
Tsukimi-sazanka > Gekka-zakuro

Twin Machine Gun
Aerial Shooting > Bullet Squall
Dead Approach > Dead Approach > Dead Approach (and see all those enemies flying around and bouncing off the walls and floor XD)
Dead Approach > Messiah Time
Satellite Aim > Elder Rebellion
Reverse Tap > Shift Period
Heel Stab > Satellite Aim
Heel Stab > Reverse Tap
Messiah Time > Shift Period

Other Spin > Kaiser Rise > Holding Current

Usually Step > Other Spin and then Kaiser, mops up most spawns and charges gear. Or normal attack to JA Kaiser if I'm too far to hit with normal WL attacks. And on high HP high attack normal enemies like Luda and the TD3 sorcerors, Other Spin to stun, normal attack for PP and maybe gear charge, Holding Current.

Mostly it's a lazy alternative to switching to another wirelance but it's worked pretty well and has felt more versatile than any other melee weapon so far really.

Sword:

Stun Concido > Stun Concido > Guilty Break
Rising Edge > Twister Fall > Nova Strike
Cruel Throw > Sonic Arrow > Sonic Arrow
Nova Strike > Nova Strike > Nova Strike

I don't know about practicality or efficiency, but those combos feel pretty nice to use. Especially that last one. Spin to wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin.

My favorite is the WOMBO COMBO. Also, a #4 at McDonalds.

in PSO2 I just use what gets the job done the fastest. No time for fun!

I'm not sure this can be considered a PA combo, but I quite enjoy using Zanverse > Banish Arrow > 12 person MPA as Fo/Br.

Not because you're mixing tech and PA that it will not be considered a combo. Also, using weak stance or average stance for that situation? I never took the time to check where zanverse actually hit, but it probably doesn't matter for stuff like Elder riddled with weakpoint or Luther.

...

And I need to keep this in mind for when I decide to play again my tehu on my 2nd account, pulling that with the copycat partizan PA is gonna be fun.

Aside from the occasional Tsukimi > Gekka when I simply feel like it, with Katana I always set the same Pas and just switch weapons.

Also, I just realized I was silly. You set the 3rd hit of a PA combo in the 1st slot, that way you can still get the JA bonus.

I guess this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJQza63Co_Q) and this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQLArYNUHH4).

When someone says "combos" I typically associate it with styling hard, not practicality; so the closest thing I can associate that with is numpad palette jump cancels.

Also yay first post
