I need help truly frustrated

so I patched up today for ep3 on the tweaker and then when I " launched " pso2 it gave me this error np1015? and now I keep getting this error and a black screen when it was working perfectly fine yesterday idk what I should do. this really sucks holy cow. :-(

Edit: im not sure if the update is online yet maybe that is why its crashing, since its probably missing a part O.o

Haven't tested, but aida just mentioned no new opening video on irc, so.. i guess something went wrong with your updating

uhm is maintenance supposed to give you a msg saying " np1015" ? lol like the second I start up the game nothing loads but a black screen and that error and i had no problems yesterday

only the english patch then I reinstalled the english patch again and large files after the update.

I had it on yesterday would that still count as it being on? I tried reinstalling it even after it gave me the error

Someone said it's the item translation. The game is still down for maintenance anyway though.
