Can't even get to loggins

Alright so I know the game is still offline for maintenance, wich is fine, but after patching I can't even get to the logging screen! It doesn't give me any error message whatsoever it just stays black. I've tried disabling the item patch and it didn't do anything either. Maybe this is going to be resolved when the game is back online but I'm sorta doubtful, thanks in advance!

Make sure you don't have any english patches installed as well.

Did you install ANY of the english patches? If so, uninstall them.
