If i was to delete my free Episode 2 character could i make a new one free?

i'm just curious, i don't want this character anymore and i kinda want to roll with a techer/Force character, if i was to delete the free character slot from episode 2 will i be able to make another character free.?

As of Episode 2 everyone has two available character slots, so only character #3 and up would need to be repurchased.

Didn't we get a ticket to use to create an extra character?
I don't recall sega saying or mentioning that two character slots are open for everyone. Just that everyone could create a new character as episode 2 started and if I remember correctly, you got an item for it.

When the dewmens were released, everyone got two free character slots instead of one. There was a glitch that allowed you to make a third but that got patched.

If you have less than two total characters across all ships on a single account, you can create up to two total characters across all ships for free.
