I require some help please

Well here's the thing, I haven't seen this anywhere else, so I have tried doing the Pingzapper trick, where you turn it off after you select a ship, and when I do, I get disconnected after 30 minutes, I've tried playing the game with the thing on, and it disconnects me after 30 minutes, has anyone else had this problem, and is there any way to fix it?

Are you using the Tokyo server?

Don't use the Tokyo server.

Sao Paulo server works, apparently.
Also, the 30 min thing is normal for free users. If you purchase you get unlimited time.
There are, however, users who claim to get 1 solid hour before disconnecting. I call BS, but who knows..maybe they found another bug, like the old pingzapper trick (which no longer works.)

Also bear in mind that pingzapper is an on and off thing; it doesn't always work.
