According to cirnopedia

弧月蝕 Lunar Eclipse
Lv.1 Fixed probability of absorbing HP when damage is given.
Lv.2 Fixed probability of absorbing HP when damage is given.
Lv.3 Fixed probability of absorbing HP when damage is given.

Does it similiar to Guld Mila & Elder Pain Potent?

since スターサニス (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dpso2%2Bwiki%26biw%3D1360%26bih%3D667&rurl=translate.google.co.id&sl=ja&u=http://pso2.swiki.jp/index.php%3F%25E3%2582%25B9%25E3%2582%25BF%25E3%25 83%25BC%25E3%2582%25B5%25E3%2583%258B%25E3%2582%25 B9&usg=ALkJrhhCQBQHCq7mAYtfr68QkKSA-5cOlg) and スターフリサ (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dpso2%2Bwiki%26biw%3D1360%26bih%3D667&rurl=translate.google.co.id&sl=ja&u=http://pso2.swiki.jp/index.php%3F%25E3%2582%25B9%25E3%2582%25BF%25E3%25 83%25BC%25E3%2583%2595%25E3%2583%25AA%25E3%2582%25 B5&usg=ALkJrhiwqlbkr2A7l_Fjilwwn88ovYCC_w) got that potent and there's grind affix boost going on
I'm thinking of getting those BO weapon into lv3 potent if they were similiar.

no it's a % chance it does the recovery and it's 10/12/15% of your damage

Still it's a strong latent for survivability

does the % chance triggered with normal attack only? or PA / Tech / PB worked too?

I've posted over there too. But haven't received answer from that thread.

any damage that comes from your character. zanverse ticks will count, too.

you shouldn't rely on it though, since the activation rate is rather low. nowhere near as facetank-inducing as guld milla and elder pain. i've only tried it with blade ball, though, so no idea what it's like on dual blades.

No prob, i'm just going to use that two until there's a better drop with better potential

It's good enough on Narl Crescent with Deadly Archer's sheer number of hits to be mostly sustainable, though it still works best when paired with Iron Will. Usually on a DA I'll heal to full but if at 1hp best pop a monomate so as not to get killed mid-attack.

It works with PAs, normal attacks and doublesaber gear which are all weapon damage; not tested it with techs but the Narl Crescent itself is a FO/TE/FI weapon so it's possible but unlikely barehanded tech damage may count.

It works somewhat decently with Gran Wave and Moment Gale's Shift Action.

For Dual Blades, it works pretty well with Kestrel Rampage, Heavenly Kite and, obviously, Dual Blade Gear.

I feel like this should've been Guld Mila's potential, but then again I used a sonic laser and got decent proc chances, maybe I'm just lucky in that regard.
