That means you'll need VPN to access the website.

Just in case you didn't know, most of us now need VPN to play PSO2JP (or to access the official website) ever since PSO2 suffered a DDOS attack several months ago.

Also because of the DDOS attack, many "foreigners" are no longer playing PSO2.

DDOS: Distributed Denial of Service. An attack used by hackers to flood a server with needless data/requests in order to prevent anyone from using the target.

VPN: Virtual Private Network. A security program meant to add to one's privacy online. Also acts like a pseudo-proxy to access sites otherwise blocked in some instances.

Basically anyone that's been blocked by sega needs a vpn to access the game.
