Server Connection timeout

I saw someone else make a thread about it, but they managed to fix it. They mentioned something about them putting about a patch, but I can't find it. If their is a patch how do I get, if not, what do I have to do to fix the issue?

Are you using pingzapper? pso2proxy? amazon proxy? A normal connection?

I am having the exact same problem. Played back in 2012 and never had these issues...and I logged in successfully the first time after downloading again 2 days ago. Since then Ive only gotten in twice out of about 20 attempts
