Does anyone know what the best and easiest affixes would be for me to do to the bow bio weapon? It currently has Ability III and Flict tiro.
I tried looking at a simulator but i honestly have no idea what is a good combination or what has a higher percentage chance. I appreciate any replies.

It depends how many slots you want to put on it. Your options are:

Mizer(or fang)/Shoot3
Mizer(or fang)/Shoot3/Ability3(or fever)
Mizer(or fang)/Shoot3/ShootBoost/Ability3(or fever)

I'm guessing you aren't going for more than 4s.
