Translation Problems

As i play the game there are alot of things aren't translated and its mainly tutorials and missions and story. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Learn the language or play the SEA version?

Not everything is translated. Make sure you have the large files too.
You need the story patch to translate story stuff. Again, not everything is translated.
If the new method for using the story patch you have to do it the old fashioned way and download the rar then install and update it through the tweaker.
