I forgot my player shops password

Well i am not even sure i ever had one. So I stop playing a few months ago and recently got back on the game a few days ago. When i tried searching player shops i can't cause apparently i have a 6 digit password. With pso2.jp/reset being down. What can i do??

pso2.jp is not down. You simply can't access it without using a VPN or proxy.

And the chances of you getting a reply even if you email them, is low.

But my friend was able to retrieve his.. shouldn't be impossible it just takes some work.

If you find the way to get on to pso2.jp there is a simple reset for the shop password. I believe all it asked for was your username and password, so don't have to bother with emailing. I know because this happened to me as well when I first got back after a 6 month break.
