Went to buy a 10* weapon, but couldn't since I didn't have the pass and my friend said I needed to premium for it. Wanted to know if you have to keep paying $15 a month to use 10*+ gear or would I only need to buy it once for 30 days?
Also, are there any guides on how to buy it? Only found AC, or is buying premium and AC in the same area? Sorry, still a PSONoob :-?

You only need premium to purchase 10*. 1 day or more would work, but you need to have a 10* beforehand to trade in for a premium pass.

To buy premium you need to buy AC, then buy the premium pass from the AC shop. There are plenty of guides on AC purchase here.

You only need the 11 and 10* pass to be able to buy it from player My shop.
But you can only get the pass at the recycyleshop with Premium.

You buy premium with AC, Bumped and this forum has guide/translation on what is in the AC shop, you can do a search on either of those.
