Stuck on Intro Video After Tweaker Update

I had another update for the PSO2 Tweaker, I was stuck with 2 versions open at the same time since the old version froze and wouldn't close, redownloaded all the patches on the new one(some say Not compatible after the update, everything was fine before) and now every time I try to launch PSO2, it freezes and Tweaker gets uninstalled? I can hear it say Sega and the intro video sound, but the screen is black and the cursor shows that it's loading, but never works. Anyone know how to fix this? Also, I tried launching PSO2 without tweaker and still got stuck on the black screen.
Large files and JP enemy/e-trials say NOT COMPATIBLE/NOT Compatible.

Umm... I suggest also asking in the Tech Support Thread (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=14) and also have you tried checking for Old/Missing files in Tweaker->Orb Thingy->Troubleshooting->Check for Old/Missing Files.
