Having more then a LIL trouble with ac

I purchased about 40$ worth guys and I get to the login screen I actually DID the captcha RIGHT and I keep getting this message did I mess something up am I using the wrong sega i.d. it's our log-in email for sega i.d. right?!??!!

Your login ID is your pso2 username you login with in the game. So, if you use "eyonzax" as your login name, then you'd use that as your Sega ID.

Well that's one problem now down the drain.

ok I'm more then a lil confused to say the least anybody here good with AC issues because I'm moooooooore then a lil confused.
I keep running into the following issues:
I try and use the webmoney 16 digit code and it take me to a screen with a bar code scan that goes into a dead link.
or I get the following issues in the pic.
NOTE:YES I'm aware the last 4 of code are missing I dont want it jacked.
I trust the pso tweaker team but idk why code ain't working or where im supposed to input it the reedem instructions ain't all that picturey

Why not use PSO2es to purchase AC?
IDK how exactly to utilize pso2es for anything i kinda don't wanna play it but I do have bluestacks and have never booted it up so idk where or how to get ac off of it if you even can
