Old Lobby Actions?

I've been looking for lobby action 17, 18 and 20, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. They are not in the player shops and I've been told they are no longer apart of the scratch lineup. Is there any other way to obtain old lobby actions you missed out on? And if not will they ever come back?

Odds are any that were on the market were bought up long ago.

Yea, the recent change to lobby action ticket names is another likely reason for why you can't find them on the market.
