Concert Shop Area Lighting

2 months ago when I watch the concert the shop area lights dimmed itself,
but just now when I watch Quna's our fighting concert, the light didn't change at all.
has anyone ever experienced this ?

tried to change nvidia control panel 3d setting to quality but still haven't got the chance to try it out tho.

Might have been a one time bug?
It dimmed for me.

There was a bug where Miku and Luka never came out to sing their song.
It might be something like that.

So it looks like im not the only one with this problem.
I have the same EXACT problem, i even tried to redownload the new EP3 installer from arks layer, when i thought the problem fixed, but no; it's still happening.

And for some reason, the new concert (one that feature new Quna costume and new songs) have the light dimmed just fine, while the older one have this problem.
Also same problem with MikuxLuka concert too.
This most likely related to certain graphic settings (nvidia settings, maybe), since i changed lot of graphic settings lately.
