ARKS Road. How to get PA fragments?

Hey,

the ARKS Road quests wants me to desynthesize an item.

I did this. Now i need to craft something but i need always PA fragments for it.

I dont know how to get these.

Desynthetize a PA disk lvl 11+

A striking PA for red disk
A ranged PA for blue disk
A technique for yellow disk

Or just buy in player shop

But where do i get them? Never got any PA disk o.o

And Player shop is in japanese :x

You should have been given a crafting kit item. Using this item will provide you with 5 of each fragment.
