PSO2 Proxy issue

So I finally got fed up with VPN and decided to try PSO2 Proxy.
Servers are all green and I should be able to connect. Except I keep getting this error on attempting to login.

So PSO W, what gives? :-?

Server Connection Timeout should only happen if (1) your ISP has problems (2) the proxy installation is incomplete or corrupt.

If you're using Tweaker.

You can try re-installing the proxy by restoring it's JP version
Click the Orb to bring down the menu.
Other Task>Revert PSO2Proxy Settings to JP

After that just re-install Cyberkitsune Proxy (http://pso2proxy.cyberkitsune.net/bluepill/).
