Cant find "Item Desythesis" or anything similar in the craft option ??

I have never crafted an item. So I'm not sure if that's why i cant find it or if maybe I'm doing something wrong IDK. How do i find it i want to break down pa's ??

What level are the disk?

Craft>Mycrafts>Item desynthesis

Disks need to be level 11+ to be broken down ( not rarity level) Like eg. Grapple Charge level 13.
Focus on getting some levels and leave craft for later.
