Or something close to it?

I've only cycle'd threw 4 of them, and I do want to say they sound like him, but I have my doubts. Along with that ringing, it kind of makes it hard to distinguish.

There's no actual voice that speaks like Loser yet. (I'm dying for one ;; )
IMO, number 38 is the one that sounds and talks the most like Luther (not DF Loser,) but need to adjust pitch; I set it to -2.
