I'm lookin to snag a very, very cheap GPU that could run this game with standard pixels with little to no problem & decent framerate (at least 30) at 1920x1080.

I'm currently using the onboard powered by my 4770k intel processor, but it tends to dip down to the teen-FPS when in groups. I was looking at the gt 730 nvidia card as it is only about 40 bucks. Does anyone have this card & would you recommend it *for this game only*? I don't play anything more graphics intense than this game. Next option is the 750, but thats about $100 more.

Your budget is $100 or can it be more?

You could probably able to play on low-medium settings (shader and built-in antialiasing ON) with that GPU with slight FPS dipping on EQ or PSE burst, assuming that you adjusted all graphic display settings properly and is not using any other third-party tools to force graphical settings.

I don't have a "budget" so to speak, but I don't play enough games to make getting a "good" graphics card worth it.

Under $100 would be reasonable, under $50 would be great (mail in rebate is fine too)

My old laptop had a gt 540M which seemed to run alright, just looking for other opinions.

A 750 GTX or even a 650ti would enough for this game.

The 750 ti is about the same price as the 650 ti. ill check out the regular 750s

dude my 550ti could max this game at like 150 fps so you shouldn't have much trouble in the gpu department if your budget is $100

Yeah, just try to get 2GBs at least. My GTX 275(896MBs) gets pissy during full mpa PSE bursts. Thank you sega for technique/photon art graphic nerfs, xD

Was opting for a GTX 750 myself.

550 GTX-Ti will do you good. Can run full graphics at about 48-60 fps WITH Nvidia Inspector if you want that.
