Buying AC and password changing.

When trying to buy AC I get this message about needing to change my password or something like that.

My question is, is it safe to do so? Meaning will a mistake "lock" me out of my account?

Or is it easy to do? I'm stuck in this part. A lil advice will be appreciated :)

I wouldn't do it unless you were worried about your current password in general. There's either a time limit on old passwords, or they made it so you just can't use that one anymore. I would just leave it alone, already changed mine three times.
