No, Ive never had that mod. I literally loaded up the Tweaker, updated the core EN patch & Large Files patch... then booted the game. This is all I've been seeing when I load the game for the past 15 minutes. :<

Run a file check with no english patch installed.
Then try one patch at a time.

I am able to connect to the website, but the launcher still gives me error 103, and the ships still display permanent maintenance if I proxy through the launcher and close it later.
