Black screen on tweaker startup

I downloaded PSO2 thorugh the tweaker and when it was finished it just says that PSO has stopped working. So i did the troubleshoot and chcekd for old missing files and when it was finished it just told to put the paste bin in or something. But when i tried to launch PSO2 again, i just get a black screen no music or anything. I can see the mouse cursor of the game but nothing else.

Anybody help?

Make sure all drivers are latest version, and no other background program/service that terminate with PSO2 process.
