daily quest?

So when i go to the daily quest person to grab a quest it says it can still be down within 24hrs but when i go to do it and come back it has already reached the dead line. My time is (utc- 08:00) Pacific Time ( US and Canada)

Trying to get mesta so i can go do stuff on the shops.

Anyway, deadline only to show when the order isn't available to grab anymore, if you already take it then you can turn it (or abandon it) anytime you want.
Once you turn in or abandon a daily order that is already passed it's deadline, you can't retake it until it's available again.

Daily order reset every 00:00JST.
