Indirect Way to Buy AC?

Is there another way I can buy AC for someone that costs the same price as buying it through PSO2es?
I tried Arks-layer, but it seems to cost more than it did with PSO2es, and buying through PSO2es itself loads the AC directly to your account, and there's no gift option for Skill Tree Reset Passes or Add Skill Tree Pass is there?

you have either pso2es or webmonney. dont think theres any other practical ways.
