If anything I could see Sega releasing a content update to PSO2 like they did with PSU (the jap version) and Phantasy Star Infinity after adding new mechanics and other features from the game. If they're talking about the game lasting for the next 8 years, I'm sure they'll add stuff from PSN sooner or later.

From the Japanese (or Chinese, lol), I get the impression that it's like in-store trades for Pokémon; go to a store and connect to wifi or some shit and get free thing. EDIT: Should add that 3Z-103 can't be obtained just yet. He's only getting added to the game with patch 1.01 on Dec 11.

Yes, because PSO2 has a few things, although they are mostly busting out as many runs of an EQ as possible (TD, Den, Mothership, Elder/Luther, maybe some others I can't think of right now), so even then, it's not totally free.

For example, Quadrillion on Ship 4 challenged themselves to get 6 runs of the Mothership EQ in the 30 minute period. They missed it by about 10 seconds. That's challenging, for example.

I am still waiting someone on PSNOVA beating my timing on 難:★ラストデート despite I play on handicap. Guess that is their limit if they always used ping advantage and gear advantage which showed on PSO2.

Nova, the NPC are actually useful, and Rifle is broken strong, with one PA that block almost all range attack.

No, the DLC are through PSN, the character through cold sleep is not the same as DLC.

DLC include character outfits+weapons, and new stages, which is only on Japan PSN, so if you got the Asia version, you're out of luck too.

We'll find out on Thursday, although there's a footnote on the DLC page saying everyone needs to have downloaded the quests.

When there's an update available, there's an orange icon in the top left of the live scren. If it's not there, you have the latest version already (tap the refresh icon if you want to double check, though).

Version number is shown on the title screen in the bottom right.

Can you access the main site on your current ISP?
If you can, then you have no problem accessing the game without the need of a VPN or Proxy

Anybody ended up buying the Gran Energy Rush quest? I had about ~500yen left over from charging my account with 7K to buy Nova, and this quest is stupid. It's like 40K Gran Energy per 7 minutes which insane. . -.

Even trophy whores will get that much long before finishing the 11111 kills, because seriously, mob count is way too low in missions.

Yeah, I was mostly interested in the quest for my alts rather than my main, as I've already hoarded like a million. I wouldn't say there's that much trash in there. It's an arena quest (kill the spawns within the time limit in a restricted area), although it's full of darkers so it's decent for getting the 1111 trophy fast.

I still need to get the 11111 kills trophy, a bit lazy though. . -. Gotten everything but that.

Granted I was quite disappoint if that the level of difficult. They seemed based on melee. But Ranger wrack them like nothing.

Now I am curious about 1.02 patch.

-Leveling from level 100 is like PSO2 old times
-Massive nerfbat on GA Glorius Rain. No 3x boost on from level 20 to 21.
-11* weapon has 2770 atp 12* has 3500 atp
-Each Phantom Crew cost only 100.000 meseta.
-In official blog someone say that 1.6m damage really high. But I done by using level 21 GA rocket launcher for 990k without pse burst and version 1.00 gear/setup. So it is very easily to archieve those number and higher.

WTB Weapon/Unit Core changer even it cost 10 million meseta. Core material 煌気光 is already super rare. Making them drop and finding right core material is the worst nightmare farm.

Quick question: Are there any images or screenshots of the weapons in the game? I seem to have come to a standstill in unlocking weapons. I go about 8 missions before I unlock a new part or weapon and it seems like I'm missing some after perusing through the wiki.

Yeah, you can craft the collabs of Tri-Ace's games, so you don't worry for taking freely the collab that you want. Furthermore, you're even able to craft the collab weapons.

About the clothes, unafortunately I don't know where do you get the material from those clothes. But for the weapons, IIRC, you need 1* cores, incluiding those cores made by merging a good ammount of looted cores for obtaining better ones (For example merged 50 element cores), and then a common item that generally you obtain in any mission.
