since yesterday server have in maintenance state for tsukaba softether but other jp host still can use to play. is it Down For Everyone Or Just Me ?

P.S. could you suggest me some trusted vpn or proxy to use?

yes it is but host name tsukaba is the most tusted and stable on the list seem not working for me. did you use random host?

Yes, I have been. Pretty much pick a random JP server and go as usual.

Trying using SoftEther Tsukuba relay server, and can't connect to game sever (Error 249).
Other relay servers work just fine, though.
