I'm unsure whether just using Ark Layer's PSO2 Episode 3 (E3) English installation will install the whole game or not, in saying so I need your help guys.

I did what you said and it said the game was downloaded and ready to play(?) false because it only took around less than 6 GB of memory from me and was fast as hell. It prompted me to install the new update for PSO2 which is like 22 GB, is that me installing the game or?

Yes, the full game will be 29gb currently, and most likely reach 30gb with the 12/17 update
