There are still way to connect.

1. Amazon AWS
2. Soft Ether or other free VPN
3. Paid/free VPN service such as WTFfast
4. Cyberkitsune public proxy.

You can call them, but it's not likely to do much unlcess your ISP change it's backbone provider.

As Sega or it's service provider Yahoo Japan<They switched to them after DDOS attack> isn't broadcasting the locationi on all the backbone.

Most i know on PSO2 are using 4.Cyberkitsune public proxy Its real easy to set up, don't feel disappointed there is always a way

Wtfast has been pretty good, but there were 3 days since DDoS where it was wonky.
