Tweaker issue

I recently had stop playing this game and decided to return back. Problem is, with the Tweaker, it'll download as it should, the download randomly stops and won't proceed. I end up right click the bar and restarting it. Is there anyway I can prevent this from happening that way I don't have to worry being gone at work and come back to it being stuck?
