One is a damage bonus if the weapon is crafted, the other is hp vampire for melee attacks with that rod. Don't know the percents.

5-7% for crafted
10-15% for HP Vamp
However the Vamp is "fixed probability" so it wont ALWAYS give that much HP in vamp. or something

Actually that's just because Zieg weapons. Yeah, they're stupid like that. Random element at a low %. Oh, and they come without any affix. I'll cherish my own zieg wand as much as I want but the implementation is terrible.

As an aside uTorrent seems to have gone downhill from its early days as a minimalist torrent client.

I've been using Deluge instead and it works okay but crashes sometimes. Is there anything better out there for *ahem* file sharing?

OP, get something like ShareX, Puush, or Gyazo (really recommend ShareX), and you can share screenshots more quickly, easily, and with less awkwardness like this.

As an aside uTorrent seems to have gone downhill from its early days as a minimalist torrent client.

I've been using Deluge instead and it works okay but crashes sometimes. Is there anything better out there for *ahem* file sharing?At a quick glance on some torrenting enthusiast chats, looks like μTorrent and Deluge are still most popular. The more precise answer was "whatever your tracker supports". :-?

uTorrent was bought out by the MPAA a long while back so it's become a botnet.

Use qbittorrent, it's completely open source, light on the system resources, and uses a much better torrenting protocol. It also isn't tracking everything you download with it, unlike uTorrent.
