Is the proxy why iron will doesnt proc quick enough as well? I thought that was just mechanics..

If you're using the PSO2Proxy, you will suffer from a good amount of lag no matter where you are. It may not seem super significant (it's playable, basically), but it will affect anything where ping matters. Iron Will proc and Automate are ping based, so...

A private proxy or your own connection will always perform better.

edit: oh wow so I just disabled the proxy settings on the tweaker and was able to connect no problem :o at work at least. With Windstream
