Story mode chapters

Should I go in order? For example, I am at episode 1, chapter 9. Apparently Zeno might be dead. I went back and went the other routes without Zeno and Echo, and Shion appeared again, giving me chapter 11. Should I skip chapter 9, and go with 11.

Also, does what you choose in the game (ex. choose either 8:00 or 11:00) change the outcome of the story? *Multiple endings

Different choices affect the outcome of the missions, but typically not the story as a whole.

And... As for the matterboards, I just had this exact same issue a few hours ago. Just run back to where Xion is and she'll give you MB10 as well. I wouldn't miss it; the first cutscene of MB11 is a minor spoiler as to the events of MB10.

Chapter 11 is a side story, its more for fun rather than relevant.

There's no really multiple endings, different choice only available once you pick the other one.
Sometimes you have to backtrack the entire thing only to pick different choice, and then you clear story quest that way.
