created my character, and after leaving the chaper 0 zone i noticed i havent recived that mentioned daily coin pass for casino, i was wondering when do i start to get it?

Haven't started a new character since ep. 3 started; maybe try going to the Casino Area first.

You are getting casino pass at the same time you receive login stamp, which is reset every 00:00JST.

The game should give you notifications that you receive login stamp and casino pass, it'll automatically put into your item pack or your storage when your item pack is full.
