Tweaker Query

Re-installed windows recently. Downloaded torrent from arks layer. Then downloaded tweaker and patched game etc. When I click PSO2 nothing happens. It simply won't load the game.

Any ideas on how to fix this nonsense?

just launch the game thru the tweaker
