Pretty new, looking for a guild/team

Hi, i just sort of started playing Phantasy Star Online 2 last week, and i was wonderin if i could join someone's guild/team? gonna be making a new character to try another class so ship doesn't really matter to me lol. looking for just a sort of social/laid back one, maybe uses teamspeak or skype for communication. also no i do not speak the japanese XD. just reply here and i'll be waitin~
