So, Im going to Japan in March this year.

I would like to get some nice PSO2 souvenirs.
I assume I need to be in Tokyo Akihabara for that but does anyone know wich specific stores sell PSO2 stuff?

Further more I would like purchase lots of 7/11 cards for other players in the game.
Does anyone know how these cards work? Like just buy them in a 7/11 store and fill in the code on the interweb?

Hopefully someone has xp with this and can tell me a lil bit about it.

BAck after a 8 month break and it feels good to be back :)

711 cards indeed work like that. I can't help you with the rest really though.

7-11 tends to tell PSO2 items also besides just cards and webmoney. If I am not mistaken sometime this month a Quna Assassin PvC is coming out and will be sold at 7-11. As a friend said to me "7-11 is the Walmart of Japan" and a lot of the actual PSO2 merchandise is sold only there. The Quna Assassin PvC is 8000-9000 yen though.

I would love one also but I am pretty sure I'll never get one since I don't live in Japan. My only real option is ebay where people will probably charge $150+ for it.

Don't forget our "import duties and custom duties" that will be added to that for japan imports.

Yahoo Auctions should be cheaper than eBay, but you need a proxy.

You don't buy that individually, you play a real life "scratch" to try and get it.
600 yen per "scratch" with only 1 "A prize" of the Kuna PVC as the best prize, it also include ingame music disk for Kuna's 2 new song

The 7/11 PSO2 cards have a PIN-code on the backside of them (this code only works after the card has been bought, so scratching the cards in advance doesn't work here) and always come in the value of 2000AC (2000円). To activate them, simply log into your PSO2 page, head to the Charge AC part and select the Phantasy Star Pre-Paid Card option. When the PIN code has been entered, you'll also receive a mail in which your 711FUN & *Weapon Camo is located.
These cards are sold on every 7/11 store throughout Japan, though keep in mind that they might be sold out on some places around the popular neighborhoods.
As for the SEGA Kuji (lottery), I have a feeling most of the stores will be sold out on the items in March, since it starts on Feb the 12th. But fret not, one is pretty much always able to find 2nd hand/pre-owned goods and figures from the latest lotteries around various stores in Akihabara. If you're unfamiliar with where to look, I'd suggest K-Books Akiba (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Japan,+%E3%80%92101-0021+T%C5%8Dky%C5%8D-to,+Chiyoda-ku,+Sotokanda,+1+Chome%E2%88%927%E2%88%926+%EF%BC% A1%EF%BC%AB%EF%BC%A9%EF%BC%A2%EF%BC%A1%E3%82%AB%E3 %83%AB%E3%83%81%E3%83%A3%E3%83%BC%E3%82%BA%EF%BC%B A%EF%BC%AF%EF%BC%AE%EF%BC%A5/@35.6995171,139.7703967,19z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!1m2!2m1!1sk-books+akihabara!3m1!1s0x60188c1dacbd42eb:0xd0a991a 4c7448982) or other similar stores that sell lots of 2nd hand merch.

As a follow up on that, in Akihabara there isn't really any particular store that sells only PSO related stuff, although there are COSPA stores (http://www.cospa.com/index.php?act=itemlist&searchwords=1&words=%A5%D5%A5%A1%A5%F3%A5%BF%A5%B7%A1%BC%A5%B9%A 5%BF%A1%BC&stock=0) (the clothing brand) where you can find some of the PSO2 apparel, key-chains etc.

As for the SEGA Kuji (lottery), I have a feeling most of the stores will be sold out on the items in March, since it starts on Feb the 12th.

7/11 collab starts on the 12th. The kuji itself starts on the 20th.

Buying second hand is probably the best way to go about it - I remember trying to get some pulls last year, and well... at 2 locations someone pretty much bought out the whole box. (Also remember that you get an additional special prize for buying the very last one.)

Since every store gets the same allotment of prizes - last year it was 50 prizes per box, so 29400 yen ensured you got what you wanted (prize 50 comes with prize 49). Then you could sell off what you don't want marked up, and probably come out ahead still. Generally, if you bought out the remainder as a large chunk, they'd offer to give you everything, including the promotional cutouts, and kuji box.

I haven't seen the allotments yet for this run, but that information shows up 3-4 days before the actual kuji starts.

It's the same as last year with 50 items per box for guaranteed set of items (20) and 30 duplicates.

A few of the 711 PSO2 Lucky Kuji cartons did get diverted away from 711 stores and can be bought from a couple of third party resellers. I did get offered one already but they wanted between 50,000-60,000yen.

I am getting 20 draws this year (I did 14 last and only got one duplicate item) and then I will just pick up the rest second hand and sell any duplicates.

Though those Arkuma Plush toys are just horrible... Why Arkuma of all things SEGA???
I was really hopping for a Frog Rappy or Nyau plushie, maybe next year?
