Server connection troubleshooting!

Man this is depressing I honestly don't know what the call is guys.
Problem:
I've not been able to log into the game via tweaker since I wanna SAY november but when I try the old fashioned way it works fine but then I cant get item translations.
I've tried the vpn with soft ether and ping zapper but no matter what when I load up tweaker IT ALWAYS says connection time out when I try to get into server 2 any suggestions guys?!

Have you tried different VPN servers? I know that only a few SoftEther servers could connect to PSO2.jp, even if they were located in Japan.

If you use the Tweaker, have you tried the proxy?
There's a link for it right there, at the top-right of the Tweaker Window.
