Well no doubt there. I don't think people will really use it though outside of Fighters since they won't have to weapon swap after using it just to throw good PAs. (People are lazy <3)

That weapon is going to be insanely rare, as it requires getting to level 5 of the bonus scratch for the current operation quest in PSO2es just to have a chance at getting it.

Tested it and this is false.

No it ain't.

The Zondeel effect shows, but the suction effect disappears. Every attack in the game is like this, if you switch off your weapon, the attack will either disappear or still show but do nothing.
