Why i can not block a harrasing player?

I kknow his id but when i search under player's ID it shows 0 and also his name doesn't appear in the friends search list so how else can i block him? he is spamming me and harrasing me..:-(

Let me understand this, you can't simply go the Visiphone, search for the exact ID he's whispering you and add him to the blacklist? Is that right?

^Check if the person's already in your Blacklist or not, by going to Friendlist menu, and scroll to bottom to see BL.

If you can't find that person, s/he might have blocked you instead.

You can also block a person by clicking on them or selecting them from the nearby players/recently partied with lists, although that's only applicable if they are nearby or you've been in a party with them during your current session.

Check to see if your block list is full. *Shrugs*
