PSO2 damage delays and pick up delays

hi i started playing pso2 today and i get some lags when i hit monsters and when i try to pick up dropped items, how do i resolve this lag problem? is impossible to play with it...

Ping yahoo.jp to see your average ping then try maybe a vpn for a different route to the servers. It should help a bit. Otherwise move to Japan xd
