I haven't been able to for like an hour now.
Is the proxy down?

looks like it,
I also canīt connect
and when I try to configure the proxy again, it says:
ERROR - Unable to connect to the remote server [FAILED!]

So its probably down.

Yes. but I don't use proxy or vpn.

I posted this in the 'Quick Questions' thread, but once I switched from the PSO2 Proxy to my normal connection, I had no issues logging in. If it's down as it seems to be, hopefully it won't be for too long.

Yep, it seems to be the proxy.

I couldn't log in, and then tried to log in without the proxy, and it worked.

The proxy link has changed to this (http://cloud02.cyberkitsune.net:8080/config.json) according to the PSO2Proxy twitter (https://twitter.com/pso2proxystatus).

I can actually connect without proxy, too.
Sadly the lag is the same.
