Haven't played in awhile so umm why can't i install??

Been awhile since I played wanted to get back into it. I have a new computer since I last played so I went to install and could not get on the website. Idk whats going on I'm assuming most anyone on here does so what do I need to do to get the game? and is it even possible?

Some people cannot connect normally.
