i cant remodel my room

I won room Remodel B and scenery but remodel button stay black and i have enough inventory space,is it because my lvl??btw im lvl 12 and its mini room

You need premium or a room pass to edit/switch your room extensively. Until so, you can only place objects in your mini room.

iirc Its because it's a mini room u can't remodel it

You need premium or a room pass as stated before, then switch it to layout A or layout B (your second and third rooms which can be edited/upgraded)
